## Getting started

## What is an audio product?

An audio product is a collection of audio tracks you offer to your listeners as one item: an album, a meditation series, a course companion. It has its own cover image, description, product page and pricing, and it shows up in your catalog like any other product.

You create and manage audio products from **Content > Audio** in your dashboard. Each product holds one or more tracks, and you decide whether listeners can only stream them or can also download them.

## Streaming vs. downloadable audio

Listeners who **stream** your tracks play them on your portal without keeping a copy. If you want buyers to be able to save the files, turn on **Allow track downloads** in the product's Pricing tab.

When downloads are off, access is limited to streaming for everyone, including members and buyers. Use it when you want people to listen but not keep the files.

The Pricing and access section explains the setting in detail.
