## Troubleshooting and FAQ

### My track won't upload

Check your internet connection and try the upload again. If the file is very large, try compressing it or exporting a lower bitrate version. If the track is already in your library, use **Choose from library** instead of uploading it again.

### My cover image was rejected

Cover images must be PNG, JPG or WebP, and no larger than 5 MB. The recommended size is 1280×720 px (16:9). Resize or convert the image and upload it again.

### Listeners can't download the tracks

Open the product's **Pricing** tab and check **Allow track downloads**. When it's off, everyone with access can stream but not download, whether they are members or buyers. Turn it on to allow downloads.

### The product isn't showing in my catalog

Check these in order:

1. Open the Settings tab and confirm Show in public catalog is on.
2. Confirm the product is Active. A deactivated product is hidden from your store.
3. Open the product page with View Product Page and check that the slug, title and cover look right.

### Members can't see or play the product

1. In the Pricing tab, confirm the product is set to Membership Only (or includes memberships) and that the member's tier is ticked under As part of a membership.
2. Confirm the member's membership is active.
3. Confirm the product is Active.

### I want to change the order of the tracks

Open the **Tracks** tab and drag each track by the handle on its left. The order you set is the order listeners see.

### Can I use the same track in more than one product?

Yes, if the track is in your library. Use **Choose from library** when adding files.

### Can I change the pricing model after publishing?

Yes, from the Pricing tab.
