Adding / Editing a Class

 

You can organize your students into classes to make them easier to manage. For instance, you can filter students by class when enrolling them in a course(s) or exam(s) or load custom reports by class. To create a new class (or edit an existing one), follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the teacher admin. You will need student management privileges.

2. Click "Classes" in the menu bar at the top, then click "Add new."

3. Type a name and description for your class (required).

4. Click "Save changes."


Editing a class


To edit a class, follow these steps:

1. Click on a class listed on the left.

2. You can now edit the class on the right.

3. Click "Save changes."


Deleting a class


To delete a class, follow these steps:

1. Click on a class listed on the left.

2. Click "Delete class."

3. Confirm the action.

Please note: Deleting a class does not delete students or the scores of the students enrolled; it only deletes the class as an organizer.
