Logging In

If you’re a student, your teacher controls the sign-in process through a student portal. Here’s how you can log into your student account:

1. Receive Instructions from Your Teacher:

• Your teacher will provide the login credentials, such as a username and password, to access your course(s) or exam(s).

NOTE: You can also use the "Student Account Lookup" on the main page of eProfessor. The account finder will look up any teacher account where your email address is used and send it to you as a hyperlink.

2. Access the Student Portal:

• Your teacher will direct you to the student portal’s URL through an email or provide a link during class. Follow the link or go to the portal URL in your web browser.

3. Wait for Teacher Guidance:

• The teacher may need to activate the course(s) or exam(s} the session from their end. They might inform you when it’s time to log in, either verbally or through a classroom instruction system.

4. Enter Your Credentials:

• At the login screen, enter the username and password provided by your teacher. Be sure to enter the information exactly as it was given, paying attention to capitalization and special characters.

5. Log In:

• After entering your credentials, click the “Log In” or “Submit” button. The system will then log you into your account, where you can access your course materials, exams, and other resources.

6.
Follow Your Teacher’s Instructions:

• Once logged in, your teacher might give further instructions on what to do next, such as navigating to a specific course or exam.

7. Troubleshooting:

• If you encounter issues logging in (e.g., incorrect password, unable to access the portal), inform your teacher immediately. They can assist with resetting passwords or troubleshooting access problems.

• If you have forgotten your username or password, use the forgot password prompt on the login screen.

• To contact your teacher, look for the email they sent with the contact teacher link. Be careful not to reply to the notification email, which will be sent to a no-reply address.

By following these steps, you should be able to successfully log into your student account under the guidance of your teacher.
