Sales Report
You can generate reports showing sales of your courses and exams with granular details that can be viewed in HTML or downloaded as PDF or Excel. Sales reports will show totals that can be filtered by course, exam, student, class, teacher, and date range.
To generate a sales report, follow these steps.
1. Sign in to teacher admin as the account owner.
2. Click "Reports" from the menu at the top, then "Sales" from the vertical menu on the left.
3. You can select "All exams" or filter by individual course or exam. Note, if you choose "All exams," the report may take several moments to load, depending on how many students have purchased your courses or exams.
4. If you only want to view a sales report specific to a student, start by typing their name in this field. The field will auto-populate as you type.
5. If you have created and organized classes, you can filter by class in this section, making it possible to generate totals by class.
6. You can view sales by teacher if your organization has multiple teachers.
7. You can filter by date range.
Please note: You can choose more than one of the options listed above. For instance, I may wish to view sales by a particular student during March or generate a report of all sales to that student.
Viewing Reports
Viewing a generated sales report on-screen will look similar to the image below. While most details are self-explanatory, we'd like to point to a few.
1. Student names will only show in these columns if you have enabled self-registration or students have signed in using the account provided by the teacher. Courses and exams listed publically without self-registration enabled do not gather student names.
2. Click the print icon on the far right to view the sales receipt. Or, you can check the box next to the sales you wish to select and click "Export to Excel" near the bottom to download and view in Excel.
3. View the total sales generated for this report and view any merchant fees.
4. Click "Collect Pending Payments" to run a script that sends payments to your Stripe or PayPal account.
Please note: Payments to your Stripe or PayPal accounts come from a holding account and may take 3-5 business days to process. If you receive a message saying there are insufficient funds, please get in touch with support, and we will rectify the situation quickly.
