View / Manage Student Classes

Teachers with student management privileges can view which classes a student belongs to and add them to a class inside the student management portal. To view/add a student's class, follow these steps.

 

1. Log in as the account owner or as a student manager. Click on the "Start Menu" and select "Students."

 

Step 1 - Log-in as a teacher, click on the start menu and select students.

 

 

2. Select a student, then click on the classes icon in the center column.

 

Step 2 - Select a student then click on the classes icon in the center column.

 

 

3. If you do not see any classes, you must add them by clicking on the "Start Menu" and selecting "Classes" to add on before proceeding. If you have already created classes, click on the class you wish to assign them and click the "Add to Class" link. 

 

Step 3 - Click on add to class for the class(es) you wish to assign to this student.

 

 

4. Once you have assigned the classes you want for this student, click the "Save Changes" below.

 

Step 4 - Click on save changes.

 

 

5. On completion, you will see a green status bar below telling you the process was successful.
